You have to love the food you eat

Make loving your food great again!

The overall confusion in the wellness space and disconnect from our innate wisdom has created this idea that "healthy" food is gross, and if we want to be healthy, we have to suffer.

This couldn't be further from the truth.

Eating certain foods for “health” shouldn’t be something you are forcing yourself to “stick to”, despite being miserable and feeling deprived all the time. It won’t last, and it’s not good for you either!

Another thing that needs to go? The statements about “I don't know how to cook" or "I'm not a good cook"

We all have our strengths and weaknesses, but cooking is simply a learned skill.

It's very easy (thanks to modern convenience), to go to a natural grocery store and purchase high-quality ingredients. Then you can look up millions of recipes online, follow the directions, and make a recipe.

It may not be perfect the first time, but keep trying! It will pay off and bless you and your family tremendously.

Make cooking fun again, make food great again, and start giving your body what it actually wants!

Life is too short for bad meals
