SUPERFOOD SHOWDOWN: Kale vs. Liver!

True story… I used to make keto kale chips almost every night (to go with my oven-roasted cauliflower, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts 🥴). I thought that I was the healthiest eater on planet earth. An absolute vegetable queen.

But I could not for the LIFE of me figure out why I was so bloated, constipated, and always felt like total 💩 And I also couldn’t figure out how my friends who didn’t pound the cruciferous veggies like this were so much healthier than me!?

Well, if you’re wondering why consuming pounds of kale makes you feel like garbage, this post is for you! Sadly, it took me YEARS to figure this out. And when I stopped the cruciferous vegetable craziness, the difference was crazy.

Swipe ➡️ through today’s showdown to figure out who is the real superfood and who is the imposter between kale and liver.

Hint… the imposter starts with a “ka” and ends with an “le” 🤣

Who else fell for this madness and paid the price?!

(PS - please don’t get triggered by this post! If you love kale, you can absolutely eat it occasionally when prepared correctly (massaged at the very least, ideally boiled first). Don’t make weird food rules around it. If you like it, eat it! Just be ware that consuming it in large quantities can do a lot more harm than good.
