Rating all the diets I've tried, from 0-10

Which one can you relate to the most? ☠️


Unfortunately for me, I went through every single one of these diets and took each of them sooo seriously!


About 5 years later, I am just now getting to the point where I feel like I’ve finally started to heal from all the damage I did.


Although this post is light-hearted and a joke, I clung to these diets like my life depended on it in the moment, because I thought I was doing the best thing for myself.


I’m so thankful I’ve broken through the lies of diet culture and fad diets, and have been able to understand the truth about how to properly nourish my body.


I’ve found that understanding why I’m eating what I’m eating has been the key to setting myself free from dieting.


Before understanding my body, I just took advice from studies and research, instead of studying and researching what made me feel the best.


I would just copy what friends were doing and what I saw on the internet, instead of trying to understand the way God designed for me to eat and live.


Now that I’m on the other side, there’s a sense of freedom that I had never experienced before. And I’m so so thankful to be here.
