MY WEEKLY GROCERY SHOPPING LIST!
If you can’t tell by now, I’m alllllllll about the lists 😂 and this here is my grocery shopping list. I always refer back to this and these are my absolute staples!
I truly have almost every single one of these items in my house right now and use them on a weekly basis.
Please note: I didn’t write organic or grass fed or pasture raised, etc. in front of every single item, because I think everyone gets the idea. But just to clarify, I do purchase 90% of my groceries organic unless there’s a reason not to (like it comes from a small family farm that isn’t USDA certified)
ALSO - I want to make a point to say that I’m all about a good grocery shop, but the more you can support local farms and farmers markets when it comes to things like meat, eggs, dairy, honey, jam, local fruit, etc. the better!
If you saw my Costco list post from April 7th, you’ll see that some of my grocery lists overlap with my Costco list. I just get what I can where I can.
Don’t forget that a LOT of products that look “healthy” are often times hiding PUFAs. I went to grab some organic dried cranberries the other day and saw that the third ingredient was SUNFLOWER OIL. (Why why why🤦♀️). Somebody call the PUFA police aka the @strong.sistas 😂

Eggs - Pasture raised, soy-free if possible
organ meats such as oxtail, beef tongue, liver, etc.
