How toxic are you?

If you haven’t changed up your beauty products yet… girl. You gotta do it!

Most of the chemicals found in makeup, hair products like hair spray, lotion, perfume, and more, are known endocrine disruptors. Endocrine disruptors are chemicals that can mimic or interfere with our body’s hormones.

Many of these chemicals have also been linked to cancer, Alzheimer’s, allergies, asthma, and more. Swipe to learn more ➡️

These chemicals are nothing to mess with - many of them, including PTFE (a chemical found in eyeshadow), has the ability to cross the placenta in pregnancy, and has been found in cord blood and breast milk.

Mice treated with aluminum chloride (found in antiperspirant deodorant) in lab studies have grown metastatic tumors.

Butylated Hydroxyanisole (BHA), found in lotions, is a known endocrine disruptor and has been suspected to be a carcinogen.

Have you heard enough yet?

It’s not possible to improve your health if you’re still saturating your body with toxins on the daily.

I ditched all toxic products years ago, and haven’t looked back.
