How to support your metabolism: Fall/Winter Edition

The seasons are changing, so we should be too!

Humans are cyclical beings, particularly women. Our bodies follow a circadian rhythm (24 hours), an infradian rhythm (28 days - our menstrual cycle), and a yearly rhythm that changes with the seasons.

If we did the same things and ate the same things year-round (unless you live in a climate that really doesn’t change), you wouldn’t be able to support your health and cyclical nature optimally.

Swipe ➡️ for 6 ways you can begin transitioning your body from a summer to winter schedule, while making sure you’re supporting your metabolism along the way!

PS - go check out my friend @ra_wellness post about seasonal eating and why it’s so important, and for a list of fall/winter seasonal foods 🍂
