Ingredients:
1 cup frozen fruit of choice
1.5 - 2 cups fruit juice of choice
1/4 to 1/2 cup gelatin (depends on the texture you prefer)
1/2 cup honey
Instructions:
Add the frozen fruit and fruit juice to a saucepan.
Heat until the fruit is thawed completely and the mixture is warm. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Once cooled, sprinkle gelatin on top and bloom for 5 minutes (it won't bloom as much as it does when just adding to juice. that's okay - just give it about 5-10 minutes, then you're good to go).
Turn the sauce pan on low heat, and allow the gelatin to fully dissolve, stirring frequently.
Add honey at the end and stir until thoroughly combined. Transfer to a glass dish and allow to cool.
Transfer to fridge to finish cooling & hardening.
