A beet a day keeps the doctor away

This post is brought to you by @lovebeets and my love for beets!

Beets are one of my favorite vegetables of all time. They are a root vegetable, very easy to digest, bioavailable, and extremely nutrient dense.

I specifically love @lovebeets because:

1. They’re pre-cooked, easy to use, no mess, and ready to eat. The biggest reason I don’t eat beets as much as I should is because they’re kind of a pain to deal with 😝 @lovebeets are already skinned, cooked, and marinated.

2. They have several organic options (the organic mild vinegar is my FAVE).

3. You can get them at @costco in bulk and freeze them so that you always have a supply on hand, which is what I usually do.

Beets > apples any day, but don’t worry, apples are still great too!
